Enter The Kettlebell – Strength Secret Of The Soviet Supermen
August 30th 2010 -
Enter The Kettlebell is simply the must have book/DVD if you are just starting up with kettlebell exercises. There is nothing worse than an instructional video that leaves beginners overwhelmed with too much information. Pavel Tsatsouline (the author) certainly knows how to engage with his audience well.
What you will have is the basic kettlebell training moves with a detailed description in layman terms. He will tell you exactly how to do it and also, more importantly for the beginners, how not to do it, These are the moves that you need to master before trying any other kettlebell workouts. What you won’t have is useless information where one can talk a lot but tell you nothing. Everything is in the book/DVD for a reason.
It also helps that Pavel is funny as hell. I’ve watch other DVDs with mean looking instructors being serious with their instruction, it just doesn’t have the same effect as Pavel. There’s a reason that this guy is famous. Watching Pavel for a while and you will soon begin to absorb his charisma and actually think that pain is good for you!
Of course there are some turn-offs. Pavel’s products are always littered with commercials for his other products (especially in his books, not so much on the DVD). But ignoring that, you have a perfect guide to lay up the foundation in developing your own kettlebell workout routines.
